Well, well, Malaysia is full of nice places. We always complain when it jam, but come to think about it maybe it actually give us more time to enjoy our surrounding.

Not only will you see the nice scenary i took as above, you too will understand the people next to your car. Ask yourself, why he so pissed, why he cut lane. Does he in anyway faster? Ya. Maybe 1 car in front of me. Does it worth doing that?

By doing so, you actually felt you have so little time in the jam to check out all these stuff.

Well, well, well this is my lovely lopoh which got drag to join me for the gym every weekend. Beside, am I getting better looking, yes I am. Hahaha

This is a photo I took when we on the way to California fitness last Sunday. After 3 weeks plus going to gym, I have already lost 7kg but it's not only going to gym, yet I do my diet for this 3 weeks plus. But the pay out was happy enough. Though I still can't get my double chin and spare tire off my body but I have build some muscle on my abs and my hand. So I am planning to sign up for a long term membership plan. Wonder which one to go.

Damn, Just I was going to update my moblog, my phone is out of batt, so today I blog it using my old Sonyericsson t610. It also proves that my blog is mobile phone friendly; any phone with GPRS is capable of update the blog!
