good news is the toilet cleaner really a fan of him, so wish to look at him every time he clean the toilet.

after few minute waiting for my fish, i have get down some points how it was made..

first, they have a big hot metal plate which they put a banana leaf on top.

then they lay the fish on the Banana leaf and shower it with their homemade sambal sauce. that's it... the only secret is the sambal sauce it made.. fantastic!
